Hastings Hotels is one of Northern Ireland’s most established hospitality brands; a family-owned group of luxury hotels known for their warm welcome and iconic duck mascot.
Working across the parent brand and six hotel sub-brands, I helped implement a company-wide brand refresh; developing a new tone of voice and strategic brand guidelines, writing high-impact campaign messaging, radio scripts, web copy and merchandise copy.
The result? A cohesive yet flexible brand identity that reflects the group’s heritage while speaking confidently to today’s guest.
