Hastings Hotels is one of Northern Ireland’s most established hospitality brands — a family-owned group of luxury hotels known for their warm welcome and iconic duck mascots.

Working across the parent brand and six individual hotels, I helped implement a wide-ranging brand refresh: from developing a new tone of voice and strategic brand guidelines, to writing high-impact campaign messaging, radio scripts, web copy and merchandise content. The result? A cohesive yet flexible brand voice that reflects the group’s heritage while speaking confidently to today’s guest.
